Variations

  • ham and corn: 150g sliced reduced-salt leg ham (HSR > 3.5), chopped, and 420g canned corn, drained, patted dry with paper towel.
  • Everyday fillings can include lean meat, tuna, salmon, roast chicken, cheese, or vegetables (if packaged HSR > 3.5).
  • veg-o-rama: 420g can of mixed vegetables, thawed frozen vegetables, or chopped fresh vegetables can also be added.
